Return and Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before sending us any products for return or exchange as Clean4you I/S will be guided with the following return policy. Unapproved returns which are received may not be processed.

All returns must be pre-approved by Clean4you I/S

Within 15 days (from date of invoice), a PRODUCT may be returned for exchange (or for refund where permitted) subject to the PRODUCT being in its new and unused condition. It must be 100% complete with all parts, instructions and undamaged packaging, exactly as originally supplied, and so that it is fit for resale. Sorry but we are unable to refund or exchange ‘used’ or ‘installed’ PRODUCTS. All returns must be pre-authorized (please call us for an RMA number and return instructions). The return must be received within 15 days of being authorized and we recommend that appropriate shipping insurance is obtained because we are not responsible for any loss or damage of a PRODUCT being returned. Except for warranty claims, failure to request a return after 15 days (from date of invoice) will be deemed to be permanent acceptance of the PRODUCT. Do not attempt to return a PRODUCT without a valid RMA number clearly displayed on the shipping carton as it will not be accepted and will result in being returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. All returns must be shipped in a separate, appropriate shipping carton with suitable packing materials to avoid damage.

All return PRODUCTS which requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is made through the website or by e-mail. We will not process any return without an RMA.

At Clean4you I/S marketplace, several types of PRODUCTS are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

All shipping charges associated with the return, except manufacturer defect, are the responsibility of the customer.

Any product returned, except for manufacturer defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The PRODUCTS you are purchasing are among the best in the industry.

If an item is defective contact us immediately through our website or by e-mail. Please keep your receipts and manufacturer warranty information. In some cases you may be required to request the warranty directly from the manufacturer.

We may offer some of our products at Closeout Pricing. These discount purchases are final and may not be returned unless defective.

At, a small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

In all, the customer should be extremely careful in handling other products like electronics, phones, laptops and other fragile products ordered from our online store should in case you want to return and exchange the product.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please complete the Return Merchandise Form.  Once you submitted the Return Merchandise Form we will review it and send you an email approving or denying your return.  The completed form will be emailed to you and must be printed out and included with your return.  If you would like assistance with your return please contact us and we can assist you in initiating the return process.

How to Send Your Return or Exchange

Immediately you initiate a Return with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To ship an item back to Clean4you I/S please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
  4. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    • Drop your package at a DHL location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).
    • Leave the package off at a location that has a daily DHL pick-up.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Domestic Shipping

We at may in the future offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental Europe including Denmark.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our store, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

International Shipping

Clean4you I/S offer shipping to our international customers at their expense. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Taxes and Customs

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
